Over the past couple of years, I have had the privilege to meet and become a part of an expanding and supportive community of runners from all walks of life. This community has enabled me to push outside my comfort zone and achieve more than I ever thought was possible. They have all been instrumental to me in finding home.

Running Room

Yonge Street, Toronto

The Running Room is truly a store for runners by runners.

"Through the Running Room, people can gain a tremendous sense of belonging that comes from walking or running alongside others who share similar goals. I think the Running Room is very important in the eyes of its customers, because we think about their well-being." - John Stanton

The Volée is a global community made up of women with diverse running backgrounds and competitive goals.  We work hard to raise the bar in terms of how women support other women, fostering strength and leadership - not just through healthy competition, but in daily actions big and small. Our mission is to continue to build our sisterhood: one that is strong, supportive, passionate, and all in on a woman-up world.

RunTOBeer

RunTOBeer strives to make running an enjoyable and social activity that is worth celebrating. For experienced runners, RunTOBeer offers a chance to add distance to their regular training programs while also taking time to celebrate with the best Ontario craft beer. For new runners, RunTOBeer offers an inclusive atmosphere, where no one is left behind. Beer may be the primary motivator, but equally as powerful is a group of friendly and supportive runners
